Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
  • Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
  • Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
  • Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours:

  • Part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 6:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you:

  • Must be aged 18 years or over
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
  • Confident, sociable and works well in a team
