Make waves, create smiles, lead the fun on and off the water. Join our team to provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure they enjoy a safe and fun experience. You'll supervise activities, manage equipment hire and maintain high standards across our facilities.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcome guests and deliver outstanding customer service
- Coach and supervise guests in a range of exciting activities while ensuring safety
- Provide lake safety cover and manage payment handling
- Operate and maintain the Adventure Golf area

Your working hours:
Please note that this is a fixed-term position from 8 June 2026 until 10 September 2026. Part-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will fall between 8:30am and 7pm and will include working 3 out of 4 weekends.
About you:
- Must be aged 18 years or over
- Sociably confident with an outgoing, cheerful approach and good communication skills
- Ability to swim 50 metres
- Works well in a team
- Powerboat Level 2 (desirable)
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
