If so, this could be your next adventure.
We're looking for a proactive, creative, and digitally fluent Village Marketing & Content Executive to lead and support the delivery of our social media, brand, and content strategy across our villages. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where creativity meets collaboration—and no two days are the same.
You'll be at the heart of our storytelling, crafting scroll‑stopping content, spotting emerging trends, and embedding our brand into culture, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
What you'll be doing:
- Produce and coordinate content shoots, working with our village teams to enable shoot production with minimal disruption to our guests.
- Champion our brand personality and tone of voice, shaping content guidelines and bringing distinctive storytelling to each village location under your care.
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand content for Center Parcs and all associated sub-brands and events, including a broad range of content for our master brand and ESG initiatives, as well as key communications for sub-brands such as Aqua Sana Forest Spa, and our food, beverage, and leisure offerings.
- Edit and adapt content into multiple formats, repurposing assets from one production to maximise their reach across a variety of different owned and paid channels.
- Proactively generate creative ideas, identifying opportunities and suggesting ideas and stories for our content calendar to keep our channels fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with specialist creators to vary output, working with specialist photographers, videographers, animators, and other creatives to support production, drive engagement, and showcase our brand in authentic and inspiring ways.
- Work with the wider social team in development and creation of engaging, social-first content – including images, videos, copy/caption ideas, and stories – across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
