What you'll be doing:
- Oversee daily pool operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recruit, manage and develop the team to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor revenues, payroll, margins and expenditure to achieve financial targets.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on wellbeing, motivation and performance.

Your working hours:
Full-time contract 150 contracted hours per 4-week period. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
About you:
- Commercial management experience, including budget control and implementation.
- Expertise in customer service management, ensuring standards and KPI delivery.
- Management experience in a leisure environment, leading large and diverse teams.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross-departmental working to achieve excellence.
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
