Reporting to the Security Manager, you will manage the village Security team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You'll lead daily operations and maintain high security standards across the village.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage village access, vehicle checks and conduct security patrols across all areas
  • Lead and motivate the Security team, ensuring effective performance and wellbeing
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing first aid when required
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on safety and morale

Your working hours:

  • Full-time
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 161 over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • These shifts will be a mixture of: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am

About you:

  • Sociable, confident, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to support and develop teams
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards colleagues and guests
  • Calm under pressure, organised, computer literate and approachable
  • SIA Door Supervisor and First Aid at Work certified, or willing to undertake training
  • Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
