Reporting to the Security Manager, you will manage the village Security team, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You'll lead daily operations and maintain high security standards across the village.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage village access, vehicle checks and conduct security patrols across all areas
- Lead and motivate the Security team, ensuring effective performance and wellbeing
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing first aid when required
- Foster a positive team culture focused on safety and morale

Your working hours:
- Full-time
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 161 over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- These shifts will be a mixture of: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am
About you:
- Sociable, confident, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to support and develop teams
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards colleagues and guests
- Calm under pressure, organised, computer literate and approachable
- SIA Door Supervisor and First Aid at Work certified, or willing to undertake training
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
