Lifeguard - Trainee / Qualified Woburn Forest | £13.83 per hour Keep guests smiling and safe As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you'll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care. What you'll be doing Monitor pool areas, ensuring guest safety and responding to emergencies Provide friendly, professional customer service Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards Complete NPLQ training and demonstrate rescue and first aid skills To be a Lifeguard, you must be a strong swimmer and pass a swim test during the interview, which includes diving into deep water, timed swimming on front and back and exiting the pool without assistance. Trainee Lifeguards must attend a 5‑day NPLQ course. Employment is subject to passing the course. The course includes classroom sessions on Lifeguard responsibilities, observing pool guests, performing rescues and administering first aid and CPR.
