Deliver excellent service in the forest. We're looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our conference centre - The Venue. You'll handle guest queries efficiently, manage reception duties and provide administrative support, while occasionally assisting with event service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Maintain reception area and update signage / marketing materials
- Handle admin tasks and coordinate with internal teams
- Support event delivery and front-of-house operations

Your working hours:
Part-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will typically fall between Mondays and Fridays but will include working the occasional weekend. You may also be required to work Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

- Naturally friendly with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing or corporate events roles
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
