We're looking for an organised, guest-focused Events Coordinator to support the end-to-end planning and delivery of events, ensuring exceptional service and smooth on-the-day execution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support event planning from initial enquiry through to delivery
  • Act as a main point of contact for guest communication and coordination
  • Manage event logistics, schedules and on-site support
  • Maintain accurate event records and system administration

Your working hours:

Part-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will fall between 8:30am and 11pm.

About you:

  • Proven experience planning and delivering events, managing multiple deadlines with high accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with suppliers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Effective budget management and spend tracking, with experience working with external venues and providers
  • Professional, customer-focused approach, calm under pressure, quick to resolve issues and confident using Microsoft Office
