Using the latest tools, you'll create fun and engaging training programs that combine online courses, virtual classes, and hands-on sessions. About the Role
In this role, you'll collaborate with the Digital Learning Team Leader to implement the Learning and Development plan, delivering measurable quality outputs. You'll manage the Learning Management System and other digital platforms, responding to colleague enquiries to ensure a great everyday experience when using our resources. You'll lead digital initiatives, create engaging, compliant eLearning, enhance the onboarding experience, keep digital content current, and provide data-driven insights. Additionally, you'll explore innovative digital learning methods, work effectively with stakeholders, and deliver the full learning cycle from concept to evaluation, all while maintaining a collaborative approach with HR peers to deliver cutting-edge learning solutions.
About You
- Ability to create impactful digital learning solutions and apply best practices in instructional design.
- Proficient in influencing stakeholders and managing milestones effectively.
- Experience in configuring learning technologies and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Moodle/Totara LMS, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and basic HTML coding (Desirable).
