Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines.
  • Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards.

Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours:

  • Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7am and 10pm.
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

About you:

  • RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification - for Qualified Lifeguards.
  • Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative.
  • Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team.
  • Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test. Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
