What you'll be doing
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
- Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
- Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours
- Huck's American Bar and Grill is open 7 days a week from 4pm to 10pm
- Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 11am and 11pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

- Ability to build relationships with colleagues
- Kitchen Assistant experience
