Center Parcs’ Huck's American Bar and Grill at Longleat Forest is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie to lead and develop junior staff while ensuring high standards and smooth kitchen operations. You will oversee daily prep, mentor colleagues, act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager, monitor stock and control costs, and drive measures to reduce waste.

This full-time role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a guaranteed minimum of 150.
