We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Vitalé Café Bar team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

- Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
- Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours:
Vitalé Café Bar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm. Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am and 8:30pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
