The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 £ per hour.

From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.

What you'll be doing:

  • Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
  • Answering questions by phone and in person
  • Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours:

  • Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am and 10:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

  • Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
