Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines.
- Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards.
Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours:
- Part-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

- RLSS Pool Lifeguard - for Qualified Lifeguards.
- Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative.
- Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team.
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.
As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test. Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
