Keep family breaks running smoothly. Lead the Central Buildings maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure highest standards and smooth operations. Oversee compliance, budgets and team performance while promoting a positive and motivated work culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare and monitor maintenance contracts, budgets and stock control
  • Ensure legal, health & safety compliance and high standards of work
  • Conduct inspections of infrastructure to inform maintenance planning
  • Oversee the team and contractors, driving performance and cost efficiency
  • Promote a positive team culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement

Your working hours:

Full-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will fall between 7am and 6pm and will include working 1 in 5 weekends (subject to change).

About you:

  • Level 3 or above City and Guilds or equivalent in either Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing
  • Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management
  • Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including task planning and prioritisation
  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Competent in budgeting, financial control and working independently under pressure
