Keep guests smiling and safe. Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and welcoming operation of our pool facilities. You'll lead and inspire a high-performing team, uphold exceptional standards of guest care and support the achievement of our financial goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee daily pool operations and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Lead, coach and develop team members, including performance reviews
  • Ensure completion of all mandatory training and uphold safety regulations
  • Support retail sales and help achieve financial targets
  • Work effectively in hot and humid conditions (our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is heated to 29.5°C year-round)

Your working hours:

  • Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 6am and 9:45pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About you:

  • RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS Qualification
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role and environment
  • Skilled in people management, strong communication and excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, genuine and approachable with guests and colleagues

Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
