Fixed-term contract until 1st October 2027. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering all on‑village marketing activity end‑to‑end across all divisions, including accommodation, leisure, food & beverage, retail, and seasonal offerings – ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium Center Parcs brand. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing during a period of brand transformation, creating strategic plans that bring our brand to life throughout the guest journey from booking and pre‑arrival communications to on‑village experiences, ensuring consistency and excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high‑performing marketing team.
  • Develop and execute on‑village brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with specialist marketing teams, commercial teams, village operations, and external agencies.
  • Act as a key contact for business partners and manage channel relationships.
  • Drive creative development for retail products and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure all activity aligns with brand strategy and supports commercial KPIs.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 6 months).
  • Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business, or similar.
  • Substantial marketing experience within a client‑side or agency environment.
  • Previous experience as a Marketing Manager with line management experience.
  • Proven brand management and multi‑channel communications experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management ability.
  • High level of attention to detail and creative judgment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in leisure, tourism, hospitality & retail marketing.
  • Experience of Brand development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing creative briefing and design processes.

Working Hours & Location

  • 150 hours per 4‑week period (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with dynamic options from 7am to 7pm.
  • The role is hybrid: two days office‑based, home‑working and regular travel to our villages in the UK and Ireland; some overnight stays may be required.
