We're open from breakfast through to midnight and this is a busy, popular venue with the big games being streamed live onto our screens.
RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER | Circa £31,700 per annum plus tips
As a Shift Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. You'll lead and motivate the team, ensuring great guest care, adherence to brand standards and effective training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of shifts, ensuring an outstanding guest experience
- Lead and support the team, creating a positive and proactive working environment
- Achieve budgeted shift sales targets and ensure effective colleague deployment
- Communicate clearly with the team to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with Center Parcs' service and brand expectations
HOURS OF WORK
Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis - fully flexible including evenings & weekends. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
