What you'll be doing
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver great service and festive experiencesPlan and support seasonal events like Forest Fayre, Brunch with Santa and DiscosImprove efficiency and meet financial targets through smart planningResolve guest queries and use your skills to monitor and boost performance

Your working hours
- Full-time contractYou will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of160 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirementsThis role includes evenings and weekends
About you
- Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast paced environmentA good level of computer literacy and analytical skillsPrevious supervisory experience at a similar levelExcellent communicatorExcellent organisational skills whilst working under pressure
