Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver friendly and professional front-of-house service to all guests
Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards

Your working hours
- Part-time contract, shifts fall between 7:30am to 9:30pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 72 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays

- Strong communicator with excellent organisation, attention to detail and computer skills
Proactive, solutions-focused, with customer service experience and industry knowledge
Builds effective relationships across all levels with a warm and genuine approach
Demonstrates initiative, teamwork and exceptional time management skills
