We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our Leisure team. Reporting to the Leisure Services Manager and working closely with the Health and Safety Technician, you will coordinate and monitor compliance across the division.
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments
- Coordinate biannual Legal training and annual refresher sessions with full compliance
- Monitor and support Legal training for new starters, including online modules
- Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence

Your working hours:
Part-time contract. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes occasional weekends.

- Strong understanding of Leisure operations and legal compliance requirements
- Proficient in using PC-based learning systems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to inspire trust and credibility
