Restaurant Runner delivers freshly prepared meals from our restaurants straight to guests' accommodation. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one.
We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Runner team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements.
- Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets.
- Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards.

Your working hours:
