Housekeeping - Service Support Assistant Whinfell Forest | £12.87 per hour Help keep our accommodation guest-ready Support the smooth running of our Housekeeping operation by helping to keep our accommodation clean, safe, well-stocked and ready for guests. This hands-on role may include cleaning and deep-cleaning lodges, moving and replenishing linen, towels, furniture and inventory, supporting laundry and stores activity, completing checks, reporting defects and providing helpful service across the village. What you'll be doing Clean, prepare and support accommodation areas to agreed standards, including deep-cleaning tasks when required Deliver, collect and replenish linen, towels, furniture, cleaning materials and inventory across accommodation and village locations Support stock, stores, laundry and logistics activity, including receiving deliveries, loading and unloading vehicles, and completing records accurately Carry out guest-ready, health and safety or smoke detector checks where required, reporting defects or maintenance issues promptly Provide friendly, helpful service to guests and colleagues while working safely, efficiently and to high standards Work flexibly across different Housekeeping support activities, which may include outdoor work and manual handling tasks What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Various part-time contracts You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64, 72 or 120 hours over a 4‑week period.
