We're looking for someone with creativity, curiosity and energy. Someone who thrives on generating new ideas, loves experimenting with emerging trends and is passionate about creating social-first content that stands out. If you have a talent for storytelling, an eye for premium visuals and a passion for building engaged online communities, this is your opportunity to make a real impact with a much-loved lifestyle and wellbeing brand.
What you'll be doing:

- From capturing standout content and crafting compelling copy to building meaningful connections with our online community, you'll help deliver a consistently high-quality experience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- You'll stay ahead of social trends, audience behaviours and emerging formats, using performance insights to test, learn and optimise content.

- Experience creating and delivering impactful social media campaigns, generating a constant flow of content ideas and using data and insights to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Due to the nature of this role, you will also be required to travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland on average 1 to 2 times per month, including some overnight stays.
