This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging, multi-channel marketing activity that enhances the guest experience and supports our brand and commercial objectives. Focusing on leisure and seasonal campaigns, you’ll bring our villages to life through impactful activations, compelling content and coordinated communications across the guest journey – from pre-arrival engagement through to on-village experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of leisure and seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Owning the activation and rollout of marketing collateral across leisure and seasonal suites
  • Helping to enhance the guest journey through effective multi-channel communications (digital, on-village and pre-arrival)
  • Contributing to content creation and campaign execution across CRM, social, digital and PR channels
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams including CRM, Social Media, Digital and PR to ensure joined-up delivery
  • Partnering with Commercial, Operations and Village teams to align activity with guest needs and operational priorities
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is aligned to brand standards and delivers against commercial objectives

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm. Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days office based, home-working and occasional travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong project management, organisational and influencing skills
  • Proven copywriting and proofreading ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working across multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in marketing, ideally within a brand or campaign-focused environment
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns including CRM, digital, PR and social media
  • Passionate about delivering brand excellence
  • A keen creative eye and high attention to detail
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to cross-team working
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continuously improve

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience in marketing for the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Experience in managing design and print process for a range of marketing collateral
