Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie - Sports Bar Longleat Forest | £13.86 per hour plus tips Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Sports Café team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
- Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
- Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards
Ability to build relationships with colleagues Kitchen Assistant experience Naturally cheerful, patient and friendly
