Hucks American Bar and Grill brings bold, flavour-packed American dishes and a warm welcome. We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
  • Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours:

Hucks American Bar and Grill is open 7 days a week from 4pm to 10pm. Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 11am and 11pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
