Housekeeping - Service Support AssistantElveden Forest | £12.87 per hourHelp keep the forest feeling freshSupport the smooth running of our Housekeeping operation by helping to keep our accommodation clean, safe, well-stocked and ready for guests. This hands-on role may include cleaning and deep-cleaning lodges, moving and replenishing linen, towels, furniture and inventory, supporting laundry and stores activity, completing checks, reporting defects and providing helpful service across the village.What you'll be doing

Clean, prepare and support accommodation areas to agreed standards, including deep-cleaning tasks when requiredDeliver, collect and replenish linen, towels, furniture, cleaning materials and inventory across accommodation and village locationsSupport stock, stores, laundry and logistics activity, including receiving deliveries, loading and unloading vehicles, and completing records accuratelyCarry out guest-ready, health and safety or smoke detector checks where required, reporting defects or maintenance issues promptlyProvide friendly, helpful service to guests and colleagues while working safely, efficiently and to high standardsWork flexibly across different Housekeeping support activities, which may include outdoor work and manual handling tasks

Your working hours

Part-time contract, shifts fall between 10:00am to 2:45pmYou will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of38 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirementsThis role includes bank holidays

About you

Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach to guest serviceStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safetyAble to identify issues, report defects and seek practical solutionsAble to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy, physical, hands-on environmentFull UK driving licence held for at least 6 months may be required for some duties; willingness to undertake trailer training may also be needed
