High Ropes / Outdoor Activity Instructor

Center Parcs is seeking passionate and experienced High Ropes / Outdoor Activity Instructors to join our Outdoor Pursuits team in Ireland. Located in the scenic Longford Forest, our resort offers a variety of outdoor activities and accommodations for families year-round.

As an Instructor, you will coach and supervise guests in activities such as aerial tree trekking, climbing, and aerial adventure, ensuring safety and enjoyment. Responsibilities include setting up equipment and conducting safety checks in line with company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or over
• Confident, outgoing, and sociable
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Physically capable of meeting the role\’s demands
• Experience in leisure, customer service, or outdoor sports activities
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

Hours and Compensation:

Contracted for 120 hours per 4-week period, with flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and special occasions. Premium pay applies for Sunday hours.
