This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the candidate experience from attraction to onboarding. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design targeted sourcing strategies and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
Working with central teams at Forest House, you'll drive Talent Acquisition activity, using data and technology to foster an inclusive, empowering environment.
- Supporting Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with managers, anticipate resourcing needs, support recruitment processes in Dayforce Recruit, resolve issues and deliver training.
- Candidate Management: Support managers with inclusive candidate screening and interviews, ensure timely communication throughout selection and manage onboarding from offer to induction.
