The predicted salary is between 13.2 - 13.2 £ per hour.
From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.
What you'll be doing:
- Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
- Answering questions by phone and in person
- Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours:
Full-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. You will be required to be fully flexible across 7 days, including weekends.
