Oversee commercial performance, cost control and team management while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and water quality. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday About you RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS Qualification First Aid Certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, genuine approach Proven management experience, including leading large teams in a similar environment Strong customer service skills, ensuring high standards and service performance KPIs Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
