What you'll be doing:
- Deliver friendly and professional front-of-house service to all guests
- Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
- Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards

Your working hours:
- Part-time contract, fully flexible
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 or 90 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
