You'll play a key role in spreading Christmas cheer, delivering exceptional customer service and making every guest smile through magical seasonal activities. What you'll be doing Welcome and engage guests in Santa's Woodland Workshop and Winter Wonderland Deliver cheerful entertainment and elfish antics to delight children and families Support in seasonal events including Santa's Greetings and Brunch with Santa Maintain a joyful atmosphere and uphold the spirit of Christmas What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 24th December 2026 Full-time and part-time contracts available, fully flexible You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum amount of hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements This role includes evenings, midweek working and bank holidays Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday About you Performs well under pressure with a cheerful, enthusiastic and approachable attitude Strong communication skills Able to build rapport with children and adults Enthusiasm for the Christmas / seasonal spirit Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
