We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Huck's American Bar and Grill team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment.
  • Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations.

Your working hours:

  • Huck's American Bar and Grill is open 7 days a week from 4pm to 10pm.
  • Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 1pm and 10:30pm.
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
  • This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Free transport to and from work is available from Ballymahon and Longford Town for colleagues without access to their own transport.
  • Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
