Join our team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and tackle daily operational challenges to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated team while ensuring high standards and financial performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
- Manage budgets, monitor performance and implement cost-control measures
- Support team development through training and performance management
- Foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale and collaboration

Your working hours:
- Full-time contract, contracted 150 hours per 4-week period
- Shifts will fall between 9am and 8pm
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you:
- Proven leadership experience with strong influencing skills
- Strong financial skills, including delivery and business planning
- Good computer literacy and analytical ability
- Experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility
- Experienced in training and developing teams to drive performance and growth
- Motivational, empathetic leadership with a focus on coaching and individuals to be accountable for their own performance
