You will be responsible for resolving maintenance issues across guest accommodation and village buildings. You'll ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance and deliver excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out inspections and planned preventative maintenance
- Report defects and assist with general technical tasks
- Respond to maintenance callouts and complete repairs

Your working hours:
- Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 6am and 2pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
- You will be 'on call' during late shifts to handle any out-of-hours issues
About you:
- NFQ Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Plumbing, Pipefitting or equivalent (i.e. National Craft Certificate)
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
- Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical)
- Excellent customer service skills
