Provide calm care in the forest. We're looking for a qualified First Aider with a passion for helping others and making a real difference. In this role, you'll provide immediate care and support to guests and colleagues, ensuring safe and effective triage, treatment and referral when needed.
What you'll be doing:
- Respond to first aid and emergency call outs, providing assessment and treatment.
- Triage and treat at the First Aid Centre, referring to healthcare service providers when needed.
- Record incidents accurately, ensuring compliance with company and GDPR standards.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide welfare follow-ups, documenting onward treatment needs.

Your working hours:
- Part-time contract, fully flexible across 7 days.
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4-week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
About you:
- First Aid certification, with AED or extensive experience in providing First Aid.
- BLS Adult and Paediatrics or prepared to undertake training.
- Qualification in Oxygen administration or prepared to undertake training.
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritise and make calm decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and other systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
