Deliver excellent service in the forest. We're looking for an Assistant Retail Manager with strong leadership and a passion for delivering service excellence. Working alongside the Retail Services Manager, you'll oversee the village retail operation, while ensuring financial targets and operational standards are met.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist in managing retail operations, including vending and warehouse services
- Achieve financial targets and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service
- Support performance management and colleague development

Your working hours:
- Full-time contract, fully flexible
