Lead and coach our brand new team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
- Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
- Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles
- Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning

Your working hours:
Full-time contract, fully flexible. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
