Canopy Café and Bar is a poolside stop for food and drinks in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. We are looking for a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie to deliver high‑quality dishes and ensure smooth kitchen operations. You will lead and develop junior staff, maintain standards and support management in driving efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth
- Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required
- Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively
- Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency

Working Hours
- Canopy Café and Bar is open 7 days a week from 11 am to 7 pm
- Full‑time contract, shifts falling between 8:30 am and 8:30 pm
- Guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period, with possible additional hours as required
- Includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

- Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships with colleagues
- Previous kitchen experience in a similar position
- Naturally cheerful, patient and friendly
- Professional, approachable and calm under pressure
