Help keep the forest feeling fresh. We're looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning services. You will lead and motivate a team, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, and support training and development initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee housekeeping operations for public and communal areas across the village.
  • Lead, train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor and meet departmental targets for efficiency and quality.

Your working hours:

Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 5 am and midnight. Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period; may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
