About the role
- Attend call‑outs to guest accommodation and general buildings around the village.
- Carry out tasks to resolve maintenance issues and report any defects that may cause future problems.
- Conduct inspections, perform planned preventive maintenance and assist with any other general work as briefed by Technical Services Management.
- Maintain excellent customer‑service skills when interacting with colleagues and guests.
About You
- A current Gas Safe qualification.
- NVQ or SVQ in Engineering Maintenance and Installation in Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation Level 2 & 3.
- Previous trade experience in the relevant technical field.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Desirable: Refrigeration and air conditioning experience.
Hours of Work
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Shifts fall between 8 am and 10:30 pm. Working hours will include every other weekend, public/bank holidays, and Christmas or New Year on a rota basis. During the late shift you will be required to be ‘on call’ for out‑of‑hours issues.
