Longleat Forest | £12.87 per hour plus tips. Vitalé Café Bar serves Mediterranean-style dishes and drinks in Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and seating guests
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
  • Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours

  • Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 12th November 2026
  • Vitalé Café Bar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm
  • Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am and 8:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 96 or 128 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
