Featuring a tasty menu, from light lunches to tasty burgers, all washed down with our fantastic range of beer and wines – or children-friendly cocktails – there's something suitable for everyone.

You will assist with leading a kitchen brigade dedicated to providing a first-class service and excellent food quality to our guests. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Kitchen Manager / Head Chef in the effective and efficient management of the kitchen and team
  • Ensuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budget through analysing and rectifying food costs and margins
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction levels on the quality of food and taking action to remedy shortfalls
  • Playing a key role in the Department's compliance with food safety legislation
  • Preparing and presenting food to the determined specification

HOURS OF WORK: Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week) on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. You will be required to work 5 days a week between the hours of 8am and 10pm. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public holidays.
