Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Lead the day‑to‑day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands‑on role, you’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards
- Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance
- Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences
- Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas

Your Working Hours
Part‑time contract, with shifts falling between 6am and 10pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
About You
- Experienced in customer service and people management
- Approachable and supportive with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in problem‑solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hold at least one of the following qualifications: Level 3 Beauty, NPLQ, PPO, Training Assessor or equivalent or willingness to undertake training
