Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver friendly and professional front‑of‑house service to all guests
- Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
- Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards

Your working hours
- Part‑time contract, fully flexible
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
