Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
  • Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards

Your Working Hours

  • Full-time contract, shifts fall between 6:00am and 10:00pm
  • Guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period, with potential for additional hours per operational requirements
  • Shift includes early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends

About You

  • RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS qualification
  • Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative
  • Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team
  • Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test. Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
