Overview
Security Assistant / Driver role at Center Parcs Longleat Forest. 80 hours per 4-week period, on a flexible basis. 365 days a year operation; shifts include Fridays and Mondays and will include public/bank holidays and seasonal periods.
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for guests with restricted mobility or special requirements, transporting them around the village and assisting with wheelchairs.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to guests, including helping with deliveries around the village and transporting guest luggage.
- Transport guests and goods as required; act up in the role of a Security Officer where SIA regulations allow.
About You
Essential requirements:
- Good communication skills, both orally and written
- Ability to perform under pressure
- A good knowledge of IT systems
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards colleagues and guests
- Full Driving Licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
- SIA door supervisor badge or willing to undertake training
- First Aid at work certificate or willing to undertake training
Desirable requirements:
- Previous Security experience
Hours and Location
You will be contracted to work 80 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Shifts will generally fall on Fridays and Mondays. Center Parcs is located at Longleat Forest (BA12 7PU); commuting by public transport may require planning. If needed, plan your journey accordingly.
